Tuğçe Nur Balcı completed her bachelor and master’s degree in Hacettepe University, Nutrition and Dietetics Department, Turkey. Currently she is working on her PhD thesis in Ankara University, Nutrition and Dietetics Department and working in Atilim University, Turkey as a research assistant in the same department. Her main research interest is food service, also she enjoys new laboratory experiences such as microbiota studies as she studies in her PhD thesis.
