Professor Dr. Derya Dikmen graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her master's degree in Health Education and doctorate in Hacettepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. Dr. Dikmen carried out her academic studies at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. Dr. Dikmen completed her post-doctoral training at Oxford University, Nuffield Department of Community Health, Center for Community Approaches for the Prevention of Noncommunicable Diseases. Her research interests are nutrient profiling, food labels, food choice and food safety.
