Ada Rocha, PhD in Biotechnology from the Portuguese Catholic University. Nutritionist specialist in Food Service and Catering (Portuguese Nutritionists Council). Associate Professor with aggregation at the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto (FCNAUP). Director of the Doctoral Program in Food Consumption and Nutrition Sciences and of the Master in Food Service. Chairman of FCNAUP's Council of Representatives. Her main research interests are in the area of sustainability of food production and consumption, optimization of production processes and food services management and the role of food services in consumer health.
