Last December, the first article resulted from the work developed in the project, was published in BMC Nutrition. This article focuses on the development of a tool to assess the compliance of cafeteria menus with the Mediterranean diet and it´s available to download on https://doi.org/10.1186/s40795-024-00975-2 and on the Publications tab in our website.
